John Deere TECH students sponsored by Alliance Tractor can make up to $22 per hour upon completion of the program and receive up to $14,000 in total bonus payments throughout!

FIRST YEAR
SUMMER INTERNSHIP Conduct a paid internship at your sponsoring Alliance Tractor location making $14 per hour. ⇒ Receive $3,500 bonus and $15/hr pay* *Following dealer assessment and beginning of classes
FALL SEMESTER Complete courses for semester as outlined by Vincennes University and work at sponsoring location as your schedule allows.
SPRING SEMESTER Complete your first on-the-job training (OJT) session of the program, as well as courses outlined by Vincennes University. *Tools will be provided for your use throughout the program and will be available for purchase at a discounted rate.*
