Purpose
Provides consulting services, expertise, and training for solutions enabled by John Deere supported technology and applications. Collaborates with all departments to ensure ongoing AMS mainstreaming across the dealership. Supports the data management needs of producers in trade area.

Responsibilities
- Assists customers with the set-up and maintenance of accounts within John Deere Data Management systems (e.g., JDLink, John Deere Operations Center)
- Provides remote and in-person technical support to customers
- Manages subscription and billing of Integrated Solutions (I.S.) support packages
- Processes I.S. Department warranty claims
- Creates and executes a John Deere Agriculture Management Solutions (AMS) Marketing Plan
- Implements the adoption of new technology and product offerings
- Provides support for advanced customer training (including desktop software products) offered through John Deere
- Identifies and leads training opportunities for customer education programs involving AMS and host product solutions
- Provides solutions-based business consulting services to customers (i.e. advising customers on optimizing performance, reducing costs, operation efficiencies, etc.)
- May also support the dealership efforts with third-party providers (Certified Crop Advisor, Ag Service Provider, etc.) and related John Deere businesses
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge
- 1+ years experience in an agriculture-related role
- Knowledge of database software and computer application systems
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- Ability to speak and write effectively one-on-one and within a group
- Associates degree in Agronomy, Agriculture Business, or Agriculture Mechanization or equivalent experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience in conflict resolution
